Cannot rate CRM enough, Charlie was professional, arrived on time and completed the work in the scheduled time. He gave me so much advice beforehand on questions I'd asked. His work is excellent, he made sure everything was finished neatly. Very happy customer.

I contacted Charlie after doing a google search for tile fitters in the local area.
After explaining the situation and sending some photos over to him he came to look and quote the job.
I was a bit apprehensive as, in short, I contacted CRM tiling to come and make good of a not-very-well-done incomplete mess of a kitchen (which I was left with by someone else).
Charlie seemed to come in with a can-do attitude, worked with poor walls and a bit of prep to sort out hole and uneven surfaces, completing the job and leaving me with a much nicer kitchen. Small job but lots of fiddly bits. Anyway, very happy with the result.
Would recommend and will contact again if I need a tiler again.Our downstairs shower room floor tiles were loose and moving from a leaking shower. Charlie fitted new tiles and resealed the shower to stop any further leaks, everything was done efficiently and very neat work. Could not recommend a better tiler!

Highly recommend this company. Laid herringbone porcelain floor tiles in my kitchen. Fantastic workmanship, price was great too as I did obtain 2 quotes and they were the best.

Had a very difficult job finding the right solution to get my oven splashback completed. No one really wanted to do it quoting ridiculous prices and some people said it couldn't be done. Called CRM and he said with a bit of work he could do it and planned the job. To be honest I was worried and reluctant due to what other people have said to me. They started at 9am and worked there socks off all day and I'm overjoyed at the completed job. They did not leave any stone unturned and did not leave until they was happy and I was happy with the job. Booking them in for other works as we speak and could not recommend them a enough. Fantastic outfit.- Positive

Had CRM in Charlie was absolutely amazing 👏 the walls were all out off level the tiles were big it was a job from hell tbh Charlie made it look easy with so much detail regarding levels thd finish is amazing im so glad we found crm his already booked for a cuplle of return visits with different tiling projects we have planned for this year great guy great work great finish thankyou so much see you again.

Jess helped us over the phone with finding a grout colour that we liked and getting us booked in, so we were reassured that the job was going to go ahead. Charlie arrived early on the day, did the job, and cleaned up after the work was done. The grout looks far better than it was when we first had our shower installed. Charlie did a great job on my ceramic tiles in my hallway and staircase. He also did my underfloor heating which has been amazing through the last month. He was professional, arrived on time and I am very impressed with the finish of my kitchen and bathroom.

I used CRM to tile my kitchen and the whole process was perfect from start to finish. Jess organised the quote and was so friendly and professional it immediately put me at ease. Was recommended by a friend have quite a few jobs to do as renovating. Grout cleaning Taking tiles of and replacing (kitchen). Even supported with the colour match. Sorted the bathroom tiles. So much easier when you can trust someone via word of mouth and seen their work. Reliable and motivated. Cheers Charlie.

Charlie did a full grout and mastic for my bathroom. I didn’t have the money for a full re tile but needed to do something! It should have been a small simple job but it was a proper graft digging out the out grout without damaging the existing tiles. Couldn’t have asked for better! Such an effective job. Bathroom looks like new. Highly recommend!

CRM provided an amazing service from start to finish. Jess was amazing with booking to measure our porch, supplying samples and assisting with grout choices to also assisting Charlie on the day of tiling. Charlie was fantastic at the tiling and was a perfectionist and very clean and tidy. Both Jess and Charlie were very helpful, early to start the job and very polite, I will defo use them again.
